Phil is a Chartered Professional Engineer with approximately 40 years’ experience in Geotechnical and Civil Engineering. Phil has led and project managed large multi-disciplinary projects including land subdivision and many geotechnical investigations and reports for projects in New Zealand and Fiji, including foundation investigation and design, stability investigations and design of stabilising works and failure remediation works, coastal and reclamation works and has appeared several times as an expert witness in legal cases and hearings. Phil has also had experience with roading schemes, design and checking procedures in his time in consulting and at North Shore City Council. His areas of particular expertise include Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Roading Engineering
